Licensed cannabis businesses on Simplifya can request third-party audits from ancillary companies on Simplifya.
How it Works
When a licensed operator requests a third-party audit from you, you'll receive an email notification that includes the audit request details and the contact information of the licensed operator.
The next step is to contact the licensed operator at the contact information they provided. Simplifya merely makes the introduction - it's up to you to sort out the details such as cost, scheduling, payment, etc. Once that's been ironed out, you'll be able to review and take action in the "Pending Audit Requests" module on the top right section of your dashboard.
The "Pending Audit Requests" module on your dashboard.
Accepting/Rejecting the Audit Request
Once you've communicated with the licensed operator and you're ready to proceed, click the "Make Appointment" button and you'll then be prompted to go ahead and create and schedule the audit. After creating the audit, it will appear in the Manage Audits module and you can conduct it at any time, just like any other audit.
If you guys decide it's not going to work and you need to remove the request from your list, click the "Reject" button and a nicely worded email notification will be sent to the licensed operator.
