Possible reasons why you're unable to log into the Simplifya app:
- Your company does not have a Simplifya account yet.
- Your company has a Simplifya account, but has not completed the sign-up process. If you are the person setting up the account, please log in on a computer and finish the set-up wizard. If you're not the person setting up the account, you may want to tell them that you're unable to log in until they complete the set-up wizard.
- You were invited to join Simplifya by someone at your company, but you haven't clicked the link in the invitation email yet. Please go back to the email and click the link, create a password, and then try logging into the app again.
