Yes, you can! It's an unfortunate fact of life as an auditor. You work long and hard to schedule an audit with a client. The day before, you confirm the appointment with the client. It's on, so you create the audit in the Simplifya app and pay the fee. All systems are go . . . and then the client flakes!
Scenario 1: The client wants to reschedule the audit.
In this scenario, you might as well hold on to the audit. You can edit the date and time of the audit by clicking on the audit in the Manage Audits module, changing the date/time, and then clicking the "Update Appointment" button.
Note: Changing the date/time is not necessary to conduct the audit, but it may help keep your audits organized.
Scenario 2: The client wants to cancel the audit entirely.
Bummer, but at least you can get a refund on the audit you purchased!
- If you have not yet downloaded the audit to your iPad or opened the audit in a web browser, just go to the Manage Audits module, cancel the audit, and your money will automatically be refunded.
- If you've already downloaded the audit to your iPad or opened it in a web browser, go ahead and cancel the audit, and request a refund from email@example.com.
