Yes! It's an unfortunate fact of life as an auditor. You work long and hard to schedule an audit with a client. The day before you confirm the appointment with the client. It's on so you create the audit in the Simplifya app and pay the fee. All systems are go. And then the client flakes!
Option A. The client still wants to have you conduct the audit, but needs to reschedule. In this scenario, you might as well hold on to the audit.
Option B. The client seems to no longer want you to conduct the audit or needs to postpone for a month or longer. In this scenario, you should cancel the audit in the app and request a refund from firstname.lastname@example.org.
