There are a few ways to assign Action Items to your team members:
- If you want to assign an Action Item that is currently assigned to you to someone else, the easiest way to do this is by just logging into your account and clicking on the Action Item in the My Action Items module of your dashboard and then click the "Assign Users" button.
- The other option is to go to the audit report that has the Action Item you'd like to assign, click the Action Items tab at the top of the report, scroll down to the Action Item you want to assign, and then click the "Assign Users" button.
After clicking the "Assign Users" button, you'll be prompted to select the user(s) you'd like to assign the Action Item to. Upon clicking the "Save" button, a notification email will fire to the new assignee(s). This email will include the Action Item along with a link to it in their Simplifya account, so they can easily log in and be directed right to it.
