Some functionality in Simplifya might require app.simplifya.com to make use of pop-ups. One such functionality would be downloading a PDF report via your app notification.
Most newer versions of major browsers default to blocking pop-ups as a security measure, and you'll need to go through the settings of your browsers to add app.simplifya.com to the list of sites which you allow pop-ups from.

How do I know if I'm allowing pop-ups?
Simplifya will show you an alert if your browser is restricting pop-ups. If you see the above pop-up, you'll need to adjust your browser settings.
Google Chrome
Chrome offers two ways to change your browser:
- Via an on-page shortcut
- Via Chrome's preferences
Allow pop-ups via the on-page shortcut
1. After seeing the above alert, you'll see a icon appear in your browser search bar.
2. Click on the icon, and Chrome will give you the option to allow pop-ups from app.simplifya.com.
3. The option "Always allow pop-ups..." will be checked by default. Leave it checked, and click "Done" to allow app.simplifya.com to present pop-ups within your browser.
4. Refresh the page and try the previous action again.
Allow pop-ups via Chrome preferences
If you don't come across the on-page shortcut but still want to allow app.simplifya.com to present pop-ups:
1. Go to your preferences in Chrome. To find your preferences, go to the Chrome menu (the three dots next to your profile picture) and select Settings, or type "chrome://settings" into the omnibar.
2. In the "Search settings" bar, type "Pop-ups".
3. Select "Site Settings". In newer versions of Chrome, there will also be a pop-up letting you know where the word "Pop-ups" is found.
4. In the "Site Settings" section, select "Pop-ups and redirects".
5. Click the "Add" button next to the "Allow" sub-heading.
6. In the pop-up that appears, type "app.simplifya.com" and click "Add". After which, you'll see app.simplifya.com under the list of allowed sites.
7. Refresh the page and try the previous action again.
Firefox
Firefox offers two ways to change your browser:
Allow pop-ups via the on-page shortcut
1. After seeing the "Popup Blocked" alert, you'll see a bar appear across the top of your browser.
2. Click on the "Preferences" button, and Firefox will give you the option to allow pop-ups from app.simplifya.com.
3. Select "Allow pop-ups for app.simplifya.com".
4. Refresh the page and try the previous action again.
Allow pop-ups via Firefox preferences
If you don't come across the on-page shortcut but still want to allow app.simplifya.com to present pop-ups:
1. Go to your preferences in Firefox. To find your preferences, go to the Firefox menu (the menu in the top right) and select Preferences, or type "about:preferences" into the search bar.
2. In the "Search settings" bar, type "Pop-ups". In newer versions of Firefox, there will also be a pop-up letting you know where the word "Pop-ups" is found.
3. Next to the "Block pop-up windows" checkbox, click "Exceptions".
4. In the window that appears, type app.simplifya.com into the "Address of website" bar and click "Allow". After words, you'll see the web address appear in the section of allowed sites.
5. Click "Save Changes".
6. Refresh the page and try the previous action again.
Safari
1. If you don't already have a tab open to app.simplifya.com, you'll need to do so before proceeding.
2. In your computer's top navigation, click "Safari" and then "Preferences". Alternately, you can use the hot keys "⌘ + ,".
3. In the window that appears, select "Websites" from the top tab. Then, using the list of options under "General", select "Pop-up Windows".
4. Under "Currently Open Websites", click the dropdown next to app.simplifya.com and set it to "Allow".
6. Refresh the page and try the previous action again.
