Exporting Your License Data from License Tracker

Simplifya makes it easy to export all of the license data you've added to License Tracker into a CSV file. This is a great way to identify any licenses added to License Tracker that may be missing key data points.

To export your license data, simply navigate to the "Export License Data" feature in your License Tracker (License Tracker > click the ellipses icon in top right > click "Export License Data" option). 

A modal will open where you can select the fields you want to export for every license you've added to License Tracker (all fields are selected by default). Click on the "Scheduled" tab to set up a recurring export and who it should be sent to.

 

Upon clicking the "Export" button in the modal, the system will begin generating a CSV file of your license data. When it's ready for download, you will receive an email notification with a link to download the file, and also a Notification in Simplifya where you can also download the file.
