Reading and Reviewing Simplifya Notifications

In the top navigation, the bell icon is your "Notifications." When clicked, a dropdown will appear that shows you real-time system notifications and assignments. 

Reviewing your Notifications

The Notifications bell only shows notifications that pertain to you. When you have unread notifications, a red dot will appear on the bell icon with a count of the unread notifications within that red dot. Click the bell icon to see your notifications.  

Your notifications will show you information about any of the following assignments:

• Action Item resolution/assignments
• Audit assignments
• SOP assignments 
• Downloads that are ready

Note: Any unread notifications will have a light gray background. Clicking on a notification marks it as read, and changes the background color to white.

Mark All as Read

Clicking on an individual notification will take you to the relevant assignment and it will also mark the notification as "read." To set all previous notifications to read, click the "Mark All as Read" button at the bottom of your notifications pop-up.
