Simplifya's audits cover all of your state's cannabis regulations, but many of our users wanted to be able to add their own non-regulatory questions to a Simplifya audit. That totally made sense to us, so we built a custom question feature to enable this.
How it Works
It's very simple, and it all takes place in the "Audits > Questions" module:
-
Create Questions.
You can create questions for anything you want. Just like regular Simplifya audit questions, you'll add a category and question title for each question. You'll also add the compliance statuses of the possible answers, and you can even create an Action Item that will populate on the audit report when the non-compliant answer is selected.
-
Create Question Groups and add your questions to them.
Question Groups allow you to put your questions into groups so they can be added to audits. For example, let's say you've created a bunch of questions, across many different categories, for your Retail locations. You can create a "Retail" question group and add all of these questions to it. Questions can be added to multiple question groups.
-
Add the Question Groups when creating an audit.
When you create an audit, click the "(Optional) Add your own questions" link to add question groups to your audit.
-
Conduct the audit.
That's it! Your custom questions are included on the audit with the Simplifya-created questions. The rest of the audit process is exactly the same: questions answered with the non-compliant answer will indicate non-compliance on the audit report and will generate an action item (if you added an action item to the question, and if you selected to generate action items when finalizing the audit).
