The goal of this article is to serve as a starting point for the Audits feature by briefly explaining how it works and explaining the life cycle of an audit.
How it Works
Simplifya's Audits feature was designed to help your business easily identify and fix areas of non-compliance within your business. We know how hard it is to keep up with all the cannabis regulations that pertain to the licenses you hold, so we do all the heavy lifting for you. We take all of the cannabis regulations in your state (and often local jurisdiction) and condense them into simple yes-or-no questions, so you can create and assign audits to your team. The assigned auditor conducts the audit, reviews the answers, and then finalizes the audit, which generates the audit report. The audit report shows you where you're compliant and non-compliant, and provides solutions to fix the non-compliant items. Simplifya also allows you to easily assign the Action Items (areas of non-compliance identified in your audit) to your team.
All upcoming and completed audits are listed within the "Audits" module
The Life Cycle of an Audit

- Conduct the audit.
- Review & finalize the audit to generate the audit report.
- Review the Audit Report.
