Using Simplifya SOPs to Fill Out DCC Forms

California's Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) issued a set of forms and made them a requirement for all licensees for all applications and renewals. Each form includes a detailed list of questions in a specific procedural area: security, non-laboratory quality control, inventory, transportation, and delivery.

Our SOPs can't fill out those forms for you (they ask for things that are unique to your business), but they can make the task a lot easier! The table below lays out the process for you. Think of it as a "cheat sheet" that tells you which Simplifya SOP to use for which DCC form and question!

So while we can't fill out the forms for you and not all of the questions on the forms are based on an SOP, this cheat sheet should make the process of completing those forms a lot easier!
