Using Custom Statuses on Licenses
Once you've created custom statuses, you'll be able to add them to your licenses in the following places:
- When creating a new license
- When editing a license
- By clicking on the ellipses menu next to a license and selecting "Edit Status"
Note: A license can only have one status at a time. For more on managing your licenses, see: Adding, Editing, and Deleting Licenses.
If haven't created custom statuses or applied one to a license yet, your licenses will default to the system statuses of "Valid" or "Past Due" (based on the expiration date of the license). |
Permissions
The following permissions apply when using custom statuses:
- Administrators: Can add, edit, and delete custom statuses, and add them to any licenses in their account.
