We organize all of our audit questions into categories. When conducting audits, you can jump around from category to category and answer questions as you need to. Facilities rarely have the same physical layout, so our audits are not designed to be conducted in a linear fashion. You can jump around from question to question, come back to questions, etc.
Full Audit: A full audit covers all categories of questions that we have in our audit database for your license type. It covers the full range of the state (and local where applicable) regulations for the license types you are auditing.
Category Audit: A category audit allows you to select specific categories that you want to audit. We created the category audit feature for two reasons:
- Oftentimes, multiple people handle different aspects of the business. Category audits allow you to create audits that are tailored specifically to a person's area of responsibility, so that your employees are only auditing the parts of the business that they're responsible for.
- Not everyone wants to conduct a full audit 100% of the time. Maybe you just need to spot-check your surveillance system. Category audits allow you to create shorter audits that cover specific sections so you don't have to do a full audit every time you want to see if a certain aspect of your business is in compliance.
