To start, we file all of our questions into categories. When conducting audits, you can jump around from category to category and answer questions as you need to. We know that not all facilities are arranged the same way, so our audits are not designed to be conducted in a linear fashion. You can jump around from question to question, come back to questions, etc.
A full audit covers all categories of questions that we have in our audit database for your license type. It covers the full range of the state (and local where applicable) regulations for the license types you're auditing.
A category audit allows you to select specific categories that you want to audit. We understand that your time is important and that it's likely responsibilities are divided up among managers at your business. Some managers cover the front of house operations, while others cover back of house operations. Category audits allow you to split up the audits so that your team members are only auditing the parts they're responsible for.
