Simplifya is designed so you will answer as few questions as necessary on your audits. When auditing for more than one license type, all duplicate questions are removed from your audit.
When creating an audit, you can audit up to 5 license types held at the location you're auditing.
Regulations Pertaining to Specific Combinations of Licenses
There are some regulations that pertain to a specific combination of license types, so when you are auditing for more than one license type at a time, you may get some audit questions that pertain to the specific combination of licenses for which you're auditing.
A good example of this
In Colorado, there are state regs that apply to businesses that hold both a Retail Marijuana Store license and a Medical Marijuana Center license at the same location. When you conduct an audit for both of these license types, all duplicate questions will be removed from your audit, but you'll also get some additional questions that pertain to this specific combination of RMS/MMC license types.
Best Practice
To make sure you're auditing for all regulations that pertain to the license types held at the location you're auditing, it's a good idea to audit for all license types in a single audit.
